4. Afternoon Activation

A maximum of 6 people per session.

Afternoon Activation is a transformative journey through four immersive experiences designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Start with Live Hand Drums during our Meditation Awakening, setting the tone for rhythmic relaxation. Move into Flowing Movements, a light yoga session that connects you with your personal energy field and body movements, then you will enter the serene waters of the cave for Majestic Vibrations, a sound frequency meditation session guided by our Founder Donjia Gale that harnesses vibrational harmony.  We conclude with Internal Activation in our Sunflower Treehouse, where you’ll spend time reflecting, grounding, and embracing the peaceful energy of the Garden Cave surroundings.

The Afternoon Activation Session is only offered between 2:00PM and 5:00PM (Last Session begins at 4:00PM)

This session is 45 minutes long with 15 minutes to reflect. Your time slot will be a total of 1 hour long.
